What we do at 10u
Revolution Indoor - January to March:
Dedicated baseball practice facility with field turf and multiple batting cages
Professional training 3x per week focusing on fundamentals, functional strength and building muscle memory
Enhanced speed and agility training
Developing proper swing mechanics and attack angle through specialized drills and blast motion analytics
Active program throwing to increase arm strength, body lines, and accuracy
Defensive footwork techniques and positioning for infielders, outfielders and catchers
Individual player assessments meant to improve player performance and increase confidence.
Revolution Outdoor - April to July:
Local practices 2-3 times a week depending on game schedule
Competitive game schedule to include 30-40 games
Minimum of 3-5 local tournaments
Option to continue individual lessons with professional coaches (cost not included)
