FORMAT: The exact format of each division could vary. Some could be 3 in Pool to Single Elim, others 4 in Pool with only top teams making it to Sunday, and others could be straight bracket play from the first pitch.

EVENT START: All teams need to be prepared to start games as early as 8am on Friday of the event.
**All games will conclude no later than 7pm on Sunday of the event (there may be 5pm game starts on Sunday in some divisions, so plan accordingly)
ENTRY DEADLINE: October 1, 2025 (this deadline could be earlier based on division capacity, if a capacity is reached in a division, it's the first teams to pay that will get the spots)
***Teams may be accepted after October 1, however, there is a $100 late fee if accepted after the deadline

STAY TO PLAY
This is a "Stay to Play" event, please book all lodging through Event Connect and your team dashboard.
***LODGING BUYOUT*** - If your team would like to opt out of the Stay to Play program, you can request to do so by emailing drewr@wcptournaments.com. This will carry a $500 Surcharge that will be added to your team's invoice and must be paid before October 15th.
