The Illinois Jays baseball program provides resources to guide any ball player to the next level. Jays Baseball offers teams from 8U-18U and is based out of the Lombard, IL area. Developing baseball skills, teaching the game, building leadership, and providing a platform for players to advance their careers is the ultimate goal. The Jays coaching staff brings years of experience at the high school, college, and professional levels. Jays Baseball is dedicated to improving the future of our game.

Jays Baseball wants to help change the landscape of youth baseball and player development.

Youth baseball has changed significantly over the years, but the game has stayed the same. Developing skills to be showcased on the field is a major focus, but creating a positive environment where players can ultimately succeed is the larger goal. Players adapt and learn best with positive feedback and encouragement. Jays Baseball provides structure, top quality programming, and an environment that allows players to grow and succeed in all phases of the game.

The “Jays Way” is all about attitude and effort. Providing the resources and platform to build players over time helps build leadership, teamwork, and responsibility. The importance of succeeding on the field, building confidence, and winning all come from the work and effort put in during the season, and at home.
