The Rawlings Tigers Exposure Camp is a specialized training event designed for middle school baseball players entering 7th to 9th grade (Classes of 2029–2027), aiming to prepare them for high school tryouts and showcase events. Held on June 10 or June 17 at Missouri Baptist University, the camp offers a pro-style workout and instruction on both measurable skills—such as velocity and foot speed—and intangible factors like body language and interaction with coaches. Led by experienced coaches including Evan Pratte, David Birkby, and Spiker Helms, the camp focuses on helping players build confidence, avoid common tryout mistakes, and make strong first impressions. Notably, past attendees like Jack Nobe (Xavier University) and Michael Callahan (Missouri State University) have successfully advanced to collegiate baseball programs.
