We will be using Tourney Machine to run this tournament. Please download the app and follow your team as all communication and scheduling will be done using this app.
All teams must complete the Tournament Waiver and provide to the concession stand or field coordinator prior to your first game
Review Tournament Rules in advance of the tournament
Teams who withdraw within 60 days of the start date will forfeit 100% of tournament fees. Cancellations between 60-90 days of the start date will forfeit 50% of tournament fees. Cancellations beyond 90 days of the start date will be refunded their entire payment, minus a $35 processing fee. If the event is canceled at any time or shortened due to inclement weather: 0 games played 100% refund, 1 game played 50% refund, 2 or more games no refund.
