With our Team Assessment and Competitive Evaluation (TACE) we place teams in divisions (AAA/Div1, AA/Div2, A/Div3) that offer them the best competition and provide all teams a quality experience. This is done with a review of a team’s history, performance in league play, tournament play, designations by other organizations and our own experiences.
Cost/Age Groups: $325 (10u, 11u, 12u), $395 (13u), $495 (14u). AA/Div2, AAA/Div1Divisions. Special discount if you register by 11/30/26!
Umpires: Teams play at the plate. One (1) umpire (9u, 10u, 11u), each team pays $40 per game. Two (2) umpires (12u, 13u, 14u+), each team pays $80 per game.
Location: Armco Park, Warren County Sports Park, Blue Ash Sports Center
Tournament Format: Two (2) pool games, the teams seeded into brackets based upon pool performance. Championship and Silver bracket created based upon the number of teams.
Awards: Custom rings to all bracket winners and runner-up, at all levels.
Gate Fees: $12 Daily, $22 Weekend Pass. Players & Coaches free. Children under 18 free.

Travel: Teams traveling to our events are expected to use our Travel Manager to book hotel rooms for the tournament. This provides teams with the best rates, a travel manager for your team and helps us meet our requirements in using public parks.
