Tournament Details
- 7 day tournament schedule with a 6 game guarantee (up to 9 games including bracket play).
- Accommodations in our air-conditioned Team Suites for all players and coaches
- Custom jersey and hat for each registered player and coach (featuring your team’s name and the BoA logo)
- Individualized name plate for locker in dorms (keepsake for player)
- Opening Ceremonies on Saturday night
- Skills competitions preliminaries (including Home Run Derby preliminaries) on Sunday morning
- Home Run Derby on Tuesday night (Skills finals, HR Derby finals)
- Family Feast dinner tickets for all paid participants staying on campus (additional tickets for family members available for discounted advance purchase) on Opening Ceremonies (Saturday) and HR Derby (Tuesday) nights.
- Flat screen television, pro-style lockers, and private showers (shared hall bathroom)
- 1 guaranteed off day (Monday-Thursday) to Explore Branson!
- Free pass for players to White Water (water park that neighbors Ballparks of America - multi-day pass)
- All meals (breakfast-lunch-dinner) served on-site during tournament play days (no lunch or dinner served on a team’s off day)
- All games played on our state-of-the-art MLB fields featuring synthetic turf (14U will also play on our HS/College fields at Sho-Me Baseball)
- After the games end each evening, the Ballparks of America difference - Blitzball, Wiffleball, and other late night activities on the fields and under the lights at Ballparks
- Player gifts (swag bag) and Coach gifts
- Free laundry facility available
- All games live video streamed with audio
Payment Schedule
- $500 due upon registration before 8/31, $1000 due upon registration on 9/1 or later
- $3000 due 11/30
- $3000 due 1/31
- Remaining balance due 4/1
Teams that register after 11/30 or 1/31 will have 30 days from registration to get caught up on payments
*The minimum roster requirement per team is 13 participants (players and coaches).
*Family Lodging must be booked through Ballparks of America’s lodging partner OR the team must pay lodging opt out fee of $1200. We anticipate the 2026 summer lodging information and options will be available in late summer/early fall of 2025.
*Deposit is refundable if cancelled by 10/1. After 10/1 deposit becomes non-refundable.
