Welcome to a new experience for all events in Indianapolis at Butler University, UIndy and surrounding venues. Yakkertech calculates movement, spin, and more based on actual ball flight observation, allowing it to extract more precise data points. We are bringing Yakkertech to host venues in Indianapolis to shift the exposure experience in the players favor. Full coverage and player data will be gathered through the Yakkertech system as we utilize their patented optical technology to bring the college recruiting process to our local venues! We celebrate 20 years in 2025 and teams attending events in Indianapolis with Pastime Tournaments will be the first to have complete coverage game to game. You'll find the Yakkertech system at schools like Tennessee, Florida, Oregon, Wake Forest, Oklahoma, UCLA and now Butler, UIndy and surrounding fields in Indianapolis with Pastime.
The All Scout World Series is a 5 game guarantee event with games on July 4th concluding by 6pm and games on the 5th kicking off a bit later than usual so players, parents and coaches can enjoy the 4th with us here in Indianapolis. Get your tickets to the Indians ASAP as they will sell out if they are in town.

All Pastime Tournaments events are STAY-TO-PLAY. In order to participate in the tournaments, all teams are required to book their lodging through Athletx Travel. Athletx Travel has secured specially discounted rates with the top properties in the area. If you choose not to book your lodging through Athletx Travel, you will be required to pay an alternative lodging fee. Contact hotels-pastimetournaments@athletx.com for alternative lodging inquiries. If you are considered local to an event (within 75 miles) please let us know so we can verify and get you noted as compliant. If within 2 weeks of the event, Athletx Travel will not be an option and the alternative lodging fee will automatically applied unless the team is considered local.
