WHAT IS THE MAKE AN IMPACT CLASSIC?
The Make an Impact Classic (MAIC) is a unique baseball tournament. Our goal is for all teams to not only experience a solid weekend of competitive baseball but also have the opportunity to partner with us in “making an impact.”
Historically, all net proceeds have gone toward our 13U baseball mission trip to the Dominican Republic each summer. While we will continue running these trips in the future, this next summer we are doing something related, but different. Instead of sending a team down to the DR, we are bringing a Dominican Republic team up to the Wheaton area for a week of baseball, service, and fun—including playing in the MAIC!
Our partner (for trips both coming and going) is GO Ministries, based in the DR. When we take trips down to the DR, they are father-son trips and the capstone of our program. While in the DR the teams play baseball games against Dominican teams, work on a construction project within a community, and spend time with and serve underprivileged kids at some local churches. It is a truly life-changing trip!

Cost per team: $525 Early Bird pricing before Jan 1, 2024; $575 beginning Jan 1
3 game minimum, Pool Play (2) + Brackets
8 team maximum capacity per age group
Hardware for 1st & 2nd place teams in BOTH the Gold and Silver brackets
