Maple Madness
GAMEPLAY:
- 3 game guarantee
- 2 pool into a single elim bracket
- 80 min, finish the inning (pool games and bracket)
- USSSA rule book + additional LSSC indoor rules
- Wood bat event
- All teams will be provided 3 bats at check in
- You are allowed to use any wood bat, no composite wood bats or bamboo.
- All teams will be required to play Saturday afternoon
- Games begin in the afternoon
- Due to limited fields & time slots available, gameplay requests are not guaranteed.
ROSTERING:
- Official rosters must be entered through your EventConnect dashboard
- Instructions on how to do this will be emailed out closer to the event. This will need to be completed two weeks prior to the start of your tournament.
- Guest Players + changes allowed until Friday at 12PM CST.
HOUSING:
- This tournament is a Stay-to-Play event
- All teams located outside of 80 miles from Peoria, must book at least 8 rooms per night through the EventConnect Housing System.
- In order to be scheduled in the tournament, housing must be complete
- If housing has not been started at least one month prior to the start of the tournament, we will be in contact with you about removing your team from the event
Indoor Season Cancellation Policy:
Outside of 30 days - 75% REFUND
Inside of 30 days - 50% REFUND ONLY if spot is filled
Inside of 30 days - NO REFUND if spot NOT filled
