• 9:00am – 9:45am – Player Check In (Position Players)
• 10:00 – 10:15 – Introductions, Run, Stretch, and Throw
• 10:15 – 10:45 – Hitting Instruction
• 10:50 – 11:50 – Hitting Stations
• 12:00pm – 1:00pm – Defensive and Athletic Testing Rotations
• 12:00 – 12:30  – Player Check In (Pitcher Only)
• 1:00 – 1:30  – Defensive Camp
• 1:40 – 2:40  – Bullpens
