The Waukesha Blazers is a volunteer-based 501c3 non-profit organization that has been around for more than fifty years and has been a footprint for baseball and softball in the Waukesha area.
Our hope is to provide an enjoyable and rewarding opportunity for boys and girls ages 5 to 14 to participate in the great sports of T-ball, baseball, and softball. We hope the athletic skills our players develop will allow some of them to earn spots on our high school teams (and maybe even beyond), but we know the lessons they learn about teamwork, good sportsmanship and respect, both in victory and in defeat, are the things they will take with them throughout their lives.
We emphasize to our children that if they give their best effort in sports and the classroom that this will help them be better prepared for their journeys in life. Being in sports helps these children learn that many traits such as; teamwork, a positive attitude, perseverance, and proper work ethic are needed to achieve their goals.
