The Plainfield Athletic Club was established in 1952 and today, has almost 1,000 players, ages 4-16, in both in-house and travel leagues. Registration for in-house usually begins in November, with the season beginning in April and ending by mid-June. Youth are separated by age or grade level. A travel league is available for youth ages 8-15; tryouts are in July and August. PAC's Board of Directors, league commissioners, and head and assistant coaches are all volunteers.
