Our Story. I started running tournaments in 2018 after watching a few years of tournaments and realizing what I can offer to teams and players. When I first started, I was running a travel program (SNE Wave/Stealth) and I used the tournaments as a way to keep tuition costs down for our players. After my second year of running tournaments, I found the true value of running them - the amount of exposure for our players and players in the tournaments. Every late spring, I send out our tournament schedule to all the college coaches in my database, then I follow up a week or two prior to a tournament starting with the game schedule and rosters. Coaches have come out to every single tournament, sometimes 20+ coaches.
My goal is to provide as many quality college exposure opportunities for players and their families. I've designed tournaments from my perspective, as a current college coach, to provide those opportunities.
In 2021, we grew to 57 teams total in our tournaments and we expanded into the 14u Division. The idea behind the expansion was to have younger teams attend while their older team(s) attends.
