The Mac N Seitz organization was founded on the basis of player development to the highest extent possible, designed with the goal of preparing players for the opportunity to, not only play at the next level, but to thrive once they step on campus. The strength of our program lies in our commitment in developing players and building confidence through hard work and dedication both on and off the field.
The compilation of “like minded” managers and instructors is un-paralleled in the greater Kansas City area. With former professional players and top tier collegiate athletes, we are committed to the simple fact that it is about the athlete. It is our desire to make each and every player the very best they can be. Mac N Seitz is proud of our new additions to the organization from the management level to individual instructors/coaches who have demonstrated the same desire to better the quality of ball in our area. The common purpose of all those involved is to put players in a position to compete, whereby gaining confidence with success and learning from failure. It is 100% about your child. We design our programs to maximize the exposure of our players by playing a competitive regional schedule. Our high school schedule provides players the platform to showcase their abilities in front of the top schools across the Midwest. We take great pride in Mac N Seitz tradition, a result of years of hard work by many outstanding players, the dedication of coaches, and commitment and support of parents.
