Windy City has evolved from a single youth team into one of the leading training and competitive baseball organizations in the Midwest. Started by Fabian Guercio, Windy City has had a dedicated group of individuals including Bob Stevens Sr, Bob Retner, Mike Panico, Mike Coughlin, Kevin Martin, Mike Giamarusti, Terry Murphy and others help shape the program.
Our program’s strength is in our dedication to providing the most experienced and knowledgeable training staff to our athletes and instilling an attitude of hard work and dedication to the sport.
The schedule is designed to develop each player’s talents and expose them to a competitive baseball environment. The high school schedule is designed to showcase each player to local, regional, and national colleges and scouts. The goal is to maximize exposure for each player and give them the opportunity to play at the next level.
We strive to provide a professional baseball atmosphere to all our players. The success and development of each individual athlete would not be possible without the commitment and dedication of our staff, athletes, community, and (most importantly) the parents.
