2024-2025 Elite Baseball 15U-Silva will be looking to add a couple of high-level players to a very talented, competitive team. We are a AAA team that will be competing in high end level tournaments next season. Looking for a couple of high-level arms and/or solid offensive players with a dedicated, competitive and disciplined mindset to deal with the demands of a rigorous top level training program.

Indoor Training Facility - Year-round indoor training facility with professional instructors.
College recruiting guidance and placement (Over 300 college commits and 39 MLB draft picks)
Biotech Cage Swing Testing - Hitters run through Justin Stone’s full Biomechanics Swing Testing program that he uses with professional teams. The results will be the basis of your winter hitting plan.
Throwing Assessment & Program - A series of strength and throwing tests will help us program a fall and winter at-home throwing program for each individual.
Movement Screening & Strength Plan - The Movement Screening helps us to identify strength deficiencies to be attacked. A 12-week strength plan will be built based on this for each individual.
Roving Instructors - Professional skill specific coaches will be at practices to help each team coach.
Position Specific Training - Starting around Thanksgiving, players will receive 6-weeks of Position Specific Defensive training.
4 on 1 Hitting/Pitching Groups - 4 player to 1 coach hitting groups that run throughout the winter. Here coaches attack the flaws identified during swing testing.
