Mark Sheehan, Master Pitching Instructor, leads a dedicated staff of current and former professional and college pitchers. Mark was awarded the Collegiate Baseball News 2014 Teaching Professional of the Year Award for his training efforts nationwide. Mark has over 13 successful years teaching players science supported pitching mechanics and arm care. Mark has players that are currently playing in college, Minor League and Major League Baseball. As a result, Mark is one of the most highly sought after instructor in the country. Sheehan also advises and tutors coaches throughout the USA including a number of college programs and a few MLB coaches.
Canes Baseball is known as a top travel baseball program in the US. With multiple national championships the organization has under its belts, it's easy to see why. Canes Baseball has expanded from its headquarters in Maryland/Virginia to states such as Texas, Florida, Indiana, Georgia, and more! Now, as the first franchise in Illinois, we are happy to announce the merger between the Evolution Athletics and Savage Baseball to create Canes Baseball Illinois! We will be a 3 tier competition organization starting with Savage Baseball representing the youth levels, Savage Baseball representing the local elite high school levels, and Canes Illinois representing the national elite high school levels.
This is a very exciting new chapter for both our organizations as well as travel baseball in Illinois. We can't wait to start and represent the Canes Baseball name.
