Muscle Baseball is a travel baseball organization serving the Chicagoland area. We place a premium on player development within the framework of competition. Muscle Baseball is committed to a foundation based on respect for the game and the goal of helping players reach their maximum potential on the baseball field, in the classroom, and in their lives.
We teach our players the importance of being a part of something bigger than themselves. Our players understand that individual accomplishments will always be outweighed by what is best for the team.
Muscle Baseball will instill the concept of hard work and the drive to get better every single day in all our players.

All Muscle Baseball players receive instruction from USA Baseball certified coaches. The year-long season includes practices, strength and conditioning, games, and tournaments. Winter training will take place at our new
6,000 sq ft indoor training facility opened in 2022, the Muscle Athletics Center.
