JW Baseball is dedicated to helping Chicago youth baseball and softball players through private and semi private instruction learn the game and reach their fullest potential. We offer a proven approach to developmental training that is customized for each athlete.
We achieve this through offering a combination of offseason developmental programs, individualized instruction, camps, clinics and more. By offering a variety of learning opportunities, we can customize a plan for individuals at any level of training. We’ll work with you to develop an individualized plan unique to your skill level.
We teach proper fundamentals in a controlled, step-by step approach, increasing the player’s baseball/softball awareness while developing the player’s self-esteem. We ideally intend to focus on all aspects of skill development, from injury-free throwing and pitching to proper fielding and hitting for power.
Our goal is to combine both player development skills with a greater understanding of the game. We can provide training for players at any level and advance their ability to achieve at the next level - whether that be Little League, travel, high school, college, professional baseball or softball.
We also provide player assessment for college recruiting and aid in the recruitment process for our successful players who wish to further their experience at a higher level.
