Bartlett Silver Hawks

The Bartlett Silver Hawks were established as a travel baseball organization with a single team in 1999. In 2004, fast-pitch softball was added, giving the Silver Hawks a full complement of team offerings in baseball and softball ranging from entry-level through young adult ages.

The purpose of the Silver Hawk organization is to develop skilled, competitive baseball and softball players, build positive character within their players and teams, and to serve the community.

In addition to volunteering their time at Feed My Starving Children, the Silver Hawks have also established a proud tradition and partnership with the Central DuPage Hospital Pediatric Oncology Department. Each year, the players donate toys for the Pediatric Oncology Department's Christmas party and assist the patients at the hospital's party. We have also held several food drives; working together to collect food items that are distributed to local food pantries.

It is the mission of the Bartlett Silver Hawk Baseball and Softball Organization to provide our young athletes with a competitive and safe environment to grow not only as an athlete but also as productive citizens in our society. This is accomplished through the following pillars of success:

Accountability: Players, Coaches, and Board Members are held accountable for their actions and behaviors not only on the field but in their academics and personal lives as well.
Hard Work: Players, Coaches, and Board Members are expected to work hard to improve themselves, their teammates, and their community.
Community Service: The Silver Hawks organization prides itself on giving back to the communities and groups that provide us with the opportunity to play the game we love.
Growth: The Silver Hawks organization strives in getting our players and coaches to achieve their maximum potential in order to reach the next level in sports, school, and life.
