Our program is built with a long-term vision and a high standard. We are focused on developing highly competitive athletes by teaching the game the right way, building strong fundamentals, increasing baseball IQ, and creating an environment where players are pushed to grow both physically and mentally.
While our goal is to compete at a high level on the field, our bigger mission is to develop character traits that will stay with these boys long after baseball — discipline, accountability, work ethic, leadership, resilience, communication, and the ability to handle adversity.
Everything we do is centered around giving our players every possible advantage when it comes to earning and keeping a starting spot at the high school level. We want our athletes to walk into high school programs prepared, confident, coachable, and ahead of the competition.
This team is run by a coach who has lived and breathed baseball for over 20 years and *who does NOT have a child on the team himself. Every decision made is for the growth of the program and the development of the players, with the focus remaining completely on helping these athletes reach their potential both on and off the field.
