Pay by September 15, 2024, deduct$75.00.
Pay by October 15, 2024. deduct $50.00.
The fee if you live 90 miles or more from the tournament Hotel is $150.00.
Any team that lives 90 miles or more away from the tournament is required to pay an additional $150, as we are letting you pick your own hotels instead of the hotel company. Parents are telling me that they are finding rooms $50 cheaper than the hotel company provides. This way you will pay less than us using the hotel company.

All schedules will be posted by Friday night or Saturday morning the week before your tournament.
If you have any special requests, please let us know two weeks prior to your tournament.
The following is our refund policy based on canceling of an event for any reason:
Zero Games Played: A full credit towards another tournament of the same value.
If there are no tournaments for your age group for the rest of the season, then a credit for the following year will be issued.
1 Game Played: $500.00 credit toward a future tournament.
If there are no tournaments for your age group for the rest of the season, then a credit for the following year will be issued.
2 Games Played: No Refunds.
Withdrawal of an Event: Any withdrawal 14 days prior to the first day of the event =$400.00 credit toward a future tournament
Any withdrawal 7 days prior to the first day of the event = no refunds
