Games will be played on Friday THROUGHOUT THE DAY at The Diamond! This will be the last event played at The Diamond before the new stadium is utilized.
All teams will play 3 games throughout the weekend at college fields. Individual players of teams playing in the event may sign up for the Camp/Combine (separate event listed on the website which allows players to display their skills at 2 positions (ex. RHP and OF, or C and SS)). Players will run the 60, field balls, throw, hit, etc. in front of all of the coaches at The Diamond on the campus of VCU.
Gate fees will be at all sites for ages 13 and above (fans, parents, grandparents, etc.) - $25/weekend or $15 per day. Only head coaches and assistant coaches who are listed on the online team roster will be allowed through the gate without charge. If a coach is not listed on the online team roster PRIOR to the event, they will be expected to pay the gate fee.
This is a "stay-to-play" event. Teams traveling more than 75 miles are required to book hotel reservations through "Travel Teams Incorporated" (here's the link to reserve your block of rooms): https://play.virginiabaseballtourneys.com/
Information regarding weather or schedule updates will be communicated on the WEATHER/EVENT UPDATES tab on the main page of the event.
If we lose a game due to rain, the schedule will remain intact but we will do everything we can to reschedule teams affected by the rainout.

0 games played - 90% refunded
1 game played - 50% of entry fee is refunded
2 games played - no refund will be given
