ITINERARY:

• 8:30am – 9:00am  – Player Check In

Pitcher Only – We encourage you to attend during this portion of the event for the 60 yard dash & Athletic Performance, but it is not required.  PO LATE CHECK IN @ 11:00pm

• 9:00am – 9:25am – Introductions, Run, Stretch, and Throw
• 9:30am – 12:00 pm – Testing Groups/Instruction (60s, Defensive Velos, & Athletic Performance, BP)
• 12:00pm – Pitcher Bullpens
