Pool Play: Friday, May 9th through Sunday, May 11th
Playoffs/Championships: Sunday, May 11th
- Please Note: Teams will be accepted on a “First Paid-First Accepted” basis and entries will be limited only to the first 52 paid registrations.
- Registration Fee: $1050.00-$1225.00 (now through January 20th)
- Southeastern & South Shore, MA area fields
- Teams who register but do not pay are not in the tournament and placed on the waiting list until payment is received. To avoid being placed on the waiting list and secure entry, payment must be made.
- 3 Game Guarantee: Pool play format will be used with all teams entered (weather permitting).
- All teams receive Rawlings game balls for the event
- Two (2) High School board certified Umpires are supplied for every game with the exception of 9u & 10u, they will receive one umpire.
- This event does have a “Hotel Obligation” policy in place.

- All Local Teams (Less than 75 miles from their venue) must be ready to play as early as 5 pm on Friday April 4th
- Tournament Awards (Champion Team = All players receive custom rings, and the team receives a championship banner) (Runner Up = All players receive an individual finalist medal) (Tournament MVP = Customized Canvas Home Plate MVP Award)

All organizations who are 75+ miles from the tournaments main venue must book only through our approved hotel vendor, all hotels contracted are at a heavily discounted rate. Teams have the option to "buy out of" the housing policy for a $250 flat fee if they would like to handle their own reservations.
