This is the signature event of the AABC. It will be the 60th CMWS held in Farmington, NM. The event began in 1958 in Springfield, IL. With over 1000 former players who have played in Major League Baseball it is the premier summer tournament for 18U in the United States. 12 teams play in the event, eight qualifier champions, two auto bid teams, the defending national champion and the 17U national champion from the previous year. It is televised by CBS Sports Network.
