The vision of Premier Athletics is to develop leaders who positively impact their community by providing the best youth training and sporting events.

Our Mission

The mission of Premier Athletics is to use the platform of sports to exemplify excellence and leadership beyond the sport. Premier Athletics serves 5,000 boys and girls each year through programs, camps, lessons, and tournaments.

The Three T’s of Premier Athletics

Premier Athletics provides leadership development opportunities through our three (3) T’s system:

TRAINING – Premier Athletics provides excellent baseball & softball skills instruction with mentoring kids aged 4 to 18.
TEAM SUPPORT – Premier Athletics supports area athletes and teams of all sports by providing an indoor facility at our Hit Center located in Vienna, WV. Premier Athletics does NOT have its own teams or leagues; we serve those who do.
TOURNAMENTS – Premier Athletics youth baseball & softball tournaments attract teams locally and around WV, OH, VA, PA, MD, NC. Premier Athletics has an excellent event planning team. We will continue to grow as we listen and understand our coaches & teams concerns.
