Ohio Elite Baseball

The Ohio Elite Baseball organization is based upon a shared philosophy of our founder Kelly Ratcliff and our players, coaches, and parents. First, we will focus on player development and showcasing their skills and talents to college coaches and professional scouts. Second, and more importantly, we will help the boys mature into responsible young men and teach life lessons through the game of baseball.

Ohio Elite teams and players are expected to conduct themselves in a first-class manner, both on and off of the field. Our organization will continually stress good character, sportsmanship and the importance of respecting the game. The Ohio Elite Baseball organization wants players that have the desire to compete with the best against the best.

Our fee's for each season will be reasonable and affordable for each player and will include uniforms, hats, insurance, tournament fees, league expenses and everything except the player's travel expenses. We are incorporated as a non-profit organization, and team sponsorships are tax deductible.
