Isaac is currently Head Coach at Olive Harvey CC, a D1 JUCO. He is also a native of Chicago, from St. Laurence High School, where he is a member of the sports Hall of Fame. Isaac played his collegiate ball at Kiswaukee Junior College as a Shortstop and Third baseman.
He has dedicated his professional life to baseball and has been working as a full time instructor since 2005. Isaac worked at the Chicago White Sox Training Academy where he led camps and classes and coached the White Sox 17U and 18U travel teams to back to back National Championships in 2005 and 2006. Isaac became the Director of Player Development for the Chicago White Sox ACE program. Isaac has worked side by side with current MLB World Champion coaches and players at the professional level for some time covering hitting, infield play and pitching and strives to continue to learn the game. He has sent countless players to college and professional baseball and continues to work with professional players during the offseason. Having given private instruction for over 10 years, Isaac opened his own instructional business in Chicago's western suburbs, Around the Horn Baseball Training, in 2010. Has sent over 30 players to Division 1 schools and/or draftees including schools such as U of North Carolina,U of Miami, Fla, Arizona State University, NIU, Lewis University and more MLB Teams such as Washington Nationals, Florida Marlins, Chicago White Sox, Oakland A's, Tampa Bay and more Former Professional Instructor with BullsSoxAcademy
