SCOUTS
EVENT OPERATIONS AND COMMUNICATIONS
- Partnering with the top tournament and facility operator in the country, Bullpen Tournaments, will allow for a first-class event
- Communication is a top priority and coaches, players, and fans will be communicated with clearly before, during, and after the event
- Each set of fields will have a site-supervisor to help with any questions, and the flow of game play and will report scores, organize umpires, arrange start times, provide baseballs and communicate rules
